Hospice of the Valleys hosts "Coping with the Holidays" for Thursday, December 1st

Although the holiday season brings a joyful atmosphere for all to share, it can often be difficult to handle the stress that accompanies it. On Thursday, December 1st, Hospice of the Valleys will be sharing a special presentation at Sun City Library FREE to the public regarding "Coping with the Holidays". Hospice of the Valleys is an non-profit hospice that offers assistance to individuals with life threatening illnesses and provides support to their families.

Two counseling professionals from the Hospice of the Valleys team will be openly discussing how to stabilize oneself during the tough times of the holiday season. Again, this event is free and open to the public. RSVP is requested.
