Sun City K9 Adoptable Pet of the Week

Sun City K9 Adoptions and Menifee 24/7 have joined together to bring our readers another wonderful Pet of the Week. Sun City K9 is a non profit, no kill rescue serving Sun City and Menifee animals in need.

Pet of the Week, Ariah.


Dog’s name: Ariah

Breed: Husky Shepherd mix

Age: 2 years old

Gender: Female

Temperament: At two years old Ariah is still as playful as a puppy. She has tons of energy and loves to frolic and play all day. She needs some space to run around and would love a backyard to call her own. With a little bit of guidance and patient training Ariah would be the perfect addition to a loving family.




For over a year, Sun City K9 has been offering adoptions at the nearby Petco in Menifee Country Marketplace. Every Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. and on Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. They usually bring their smaller dogs as they are easier to shuttle back and forth, but if you're looking for a larger breed head on over to their location on Murrieta Road in Sun City.
