"Art of Body Flexibility", ages 7-12, Jun 14 to Aug 4, An innovative class designed to develop a variety tumbling skills, and flexibility, as well as postures that are useful in dance practice and other sports requiring extended range of motion. (see full flyer for more)
"Speed, Agility, Strength, Explosiveness", ages 7-18, an eight-week strength and conditioning program designed to develop character, nutrition, and athletic development. Each athlete is provided pre & post program testing involving injury prevention and performance testing. (see full flyer for more).
"Junior Masters Swim Program", ages 10-17, June & July, Ideal for those who are looking to compete in swim meets, triathlons, or just simply want to be a better swimmer. The focus will be on stroke refinement, improving fitness, and/or preparing for competition. (see full flyer for more)
