Janie Lancaster to Teach Power of Creative/Therapeutic Writing

Janie Lancaster, a Menifee resident, and an author of childrens books, will be on hand at Sun City Library, Friday, August 19th, 1:00pm to 4:00pm for a book signing event.

Her books, Julie & The Lost Fairy Tale, Emily/Out of My Mother's Darkness, and Edwina Beena's Polka Dot Day, are available at in book stores including Borders, Barnes & Noble, as well as online at Target.com and Amazon.com.

Janie plans to work through local libraries and community organizations to teach kids, home schoolers, teachers, as well as women ages 40 and up, about the power of creative/therapeutic writing.

She'll be using her books, along with a 28-page booklet and PowerPoint Presentations, to help individuals deal with the ever-changing world through the power of creative and therapeutic writing.
