This evening The Beer Hunter celebrated its first birthday with a ribbon cutting event...
Pictured in the middle (with super-sized scissors), is Dan Held, General Manager of Beer Hunter. Also on hand were city councilmembers John Denver and Darcy Kuenzi, as well as representatives from the Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce.
When asked about how Beer Hunter's first year of service, Held responded that they've listened to their customers, "Our learning curve has been big. We are listening to our customers. We're coming out with a new menu in July, which also includes a vegetarian menu which our customers have asked for. We're also having great success with our catering in which we've had great response."
All this week The Beer Hunter continues its anniversary celebration, including a check presentation to the Menifee Valley Community Cupboard.
