Pet Food Drive This Sunday in Menifee

The Menifee Valley Humane Society is need of pet food to feed the dogs and cats in their care. Due the recessed economy, they are not receiving regular donations like they've been used to getting.

So they've set up donation stations at local Stater Bros. stores, this Sunday, August 16th, from 10am to 2pm.

The need dog food, cat food, litter, treats, and toys.

You'll find them at following Stater Bros stores:

• Menifee, Newport Rd & Murrieta Rd


• Menifee, Sun City Blvd & McCall


• Temecula, Hwy 79 South


• Murrieta, Hancock Ave.

Menifee Valley Humane Society is a non-profit, all volunteer rescue group that cares for animals in foster homes until loving, permanent homes are found for them. They ensure that stray, abandoned, injured and otherwise needy animals are not ignored and that they get the attention they deserve.

They also need more foster homes to make room for the increasing volume of abandoned pets due to home foreclosures. Please contact them to help make a difference in the life of a cat or dog.
