Keep in mind that people usually only say something when things are going wrong. I imagine there are also people who feel that the Enclave Apartments are a great place to live.
- Has anyone noticed that this complex has attracted more garbage rather than nice families or hard working folks. All I ever see in there are young punk kids, dope smokers, gang members, tweekers and everything other than good people.
- I have lived in the Enclave apartments for about 4 months. Within these first months my car has been broken into twice while under a car port with lights on it. Management does nothing. Expensive rent, gated community, security cameras, security guard all for what? One of the worst places I have lived thus far in my life.
- i have had the worst living experience here. We have lived here over 2 years and it sucks. My car was broken into under the car port, only looked thru my glove box, nothing stolen, weird...
- We stayed there for about 5 months while our house was being built and I did noticed how many punks were roaming around and grabbing on girls, smoking and anything else. All this right around the office and nothing being done about it.
- The rent is expensive and getting worse. For those who could afford a home or condo, I think you could benefit better than living in this dump.
- Not only are most of our neighbors loud, 1 of them actually being someone that works in the front office, but the party and noise factor is non stop night after night.

those apartment are very bad its not the people who run them its the element that rents them. they are some what cheap so they attract gang members dope dealers and just dirt bags msjc police offerd to patrol them but the cheif of police droped the ball by not doing anything when the managers asked them to......so it will be a meth head apartment soon

ReplyDeleteFrom the checking I've done, these are not Cheap Rent Apartments. When the developers of these Apartments came to our Association meeting before construction, many of the Menifee Lakes homeowners were very concerned. I guess our worst fears are coming to reality. There have been rumors that even the Apt Manager (past) was a drug dealer within the complex. It really is a sad development for all of Menifee.
ReplyDeleteI need to make a correction to my last posting. The rumor was regarding the Enclave Security person who was suspected of dealing drugs within the complex, not the Apt Manager. But take it for what it's worth....only a rumor right??
ReplyDeleteim getting ready to move to these apartments and currently i live at pinnacle riverwalk in riverside that place is horrible if u want to talk shit its the place to move to.. well i hope all of these comments are just rumors and suspicions not truth, they seam to be nice to me and also they are the first community i have lived in where they do a background and credit check, i found them unusually hard to qualify for beings both me and my husband passed the background check but he was rejected based on credit and he is a marine.. ?? but neways they seam nice and i think with any community theres good and bad, right now we pay 1156 for a one bedroom and the crime level and rapist that has been praying on these apartments would make anything better then here...........
ReplyDeleteMy husband and I (and our young son) have lived there for almost two years. Anyone that calls these apartments a $h*^ hole, has never really lived in one. Every apartment complex will have some problems, but we have never had any serious ones since moving here. When we first moved in we had a noisy neighbor for about a week until another tenant complained and then he/she was gone shortly after. All of the staff is very helpful and nice. There is an event in the clubhouse every month that is free to residents. Maintenance responds within a day. The rent is certainly reasonable for the size and amenities. I would tell anyone to check them out for themselves before listening to some of the comments posted on topix... and check out apartment ratings.com. There are only three reviews, but they all speak highly of the complex.
ReplyDeletei had formly posted the review before i had moved into these apartments and we have lived here for over a yr now and it is nice nothing worng at all and i very seriously doubt that the security guard was or is a drug dealer ... i think everyone needs to stop talking crap about these apartments and foucus on what is really happing in menifee and that is there are more forclosures in this area then in most and from what i have noticed its the apartments that hold the nice hard working people and the houses that are being bought for dirt cheap housing the people with the problems...
ReplyDeletei lived here from feb 07 till march of 08. I loved it there and never had any problems. i am currently trying to move back but they have no 2 bed apts open right now. and as of right now, they are cheaper than the worst apts in murrieta. i highly recommend these apts to familys (i have 2 kids myself) or college students.
ReplyDelete2009 I had my car broken into under the car port. they stole my stero and went took all the stuff in the glove box. management did nothing... The only other complant i have is alot of people who dont live there wait behind you or at the gate to get in. please park outside and who ever you want to see can open the door or gate.

ReplyDeleteMy family has lived here for 6 months now and we have not had any serious issues. This complex compared to the many we have lived in is much better overall. Granted, there are a lot of young punks that do live and run wild, they have not been a problem yet. My only complaint would be all the little sissy dogs with big dog complex continueousley barking, and the 7:30 am wake up calls from the landscapers.
ReplyDeleteLol! I have been living here In the Enclave apt's for 8 months. These bad comments are probably from snooty stuck up people with.. you know what up their butts! It's apt living people!! I've lived in apt's in LA county (8 yrs)..this place is a condo! its a Luxury! LA has gangs..not Menifee! please!!! I'm a professional..with good credit..and a good income..you cant get in unless you have those things!!! Of course you can hear noise, and theres a lot of people, theres over 300 apt's!...what else would you expect?? does anyone plan to live in apt's for the rest of there lives?? NO! stop whining!

ReplyDeleteI've lived here at the Enclave for over a year; its a great place. The placeis always puting efforts into upgrades. They must hire the slow guys cause it takes a while but quality work has its time requirements. Dont get mad if you didnt notice that its located right next to the local College! Of course there's gonna be parties. Most of the residents are easy going. I once had a person park in my spot under the car port. I put a note on the windshield and it never happened again. All the teens are frequently hanging out near the pool and basketball court but dont be intimidated, their not thugs, just wait your turn or ask to get in the game and its all. Good. I go to the Gym often, as do alot of us. It could use a bit of sanitizing from time to time but they do have a hand pump of sanitizer for u to do that yourself if your a germ freak like me. It really is like a resort if you take advantage of all the amenities. As you can probably tell im not much of a complainer but what happened to the tv that was by the pool? In the evenings i used to go there n use the wi-fi n watch tv and it was like a meeting place for some of us who prefer to be outside. Oh, and the teens hangout there too. Their usually respectful and open to conversation of just about anything. I found that if u treat em like punk kids thats what u get but if you meet em half way they do know what reapect is. And lastly life is what u make it so if if u see something that doesn't look right, interveve or report it, don't just turn and walk the other way.
ReplyDeleteWhen they hired the security company, everything settled down. For a long time now this has been a nice place to live. We've been here two years and love it. PLEASE KEEP THESE GUYS AROUND!
ReplyDeleteI lived in the Enclave Apartments for six months, Shaye Mc Coy, Tony Stocker, Ismael P and Amber Jacobs were staff at the moment, this team of staff enforced the rules and regulations to provide a safe and secure home for its residents, YES there were some drug being sold, parolees (ex convicts) onsite and lots of outsiders on the premises after hours, gang members, homeless in trash dumpsters who would scare the crap out of you when you take your trash out,the security patrol does not patrol as they should and resident dont clean up after their pets as they should, I will admit this complex do have some very rude office staff, i walked in and heard the little blond leasing agent say FUCK the residents just gettem in!! how unprofessional! Lastely the gates never worked so for a secure property I would say not so.
